Watching coast and told a story about ship wrecked sailors who killed a poorly cabin boy, who was near death anyway and drank his blood to survive.
I thought having a different blood type to your own was dangerous and could kill you ?
Or is this for only transfused blood , rather than digested blood ?
I may be wrong (God knows I'm used to it...), but I think consuming large enough quantities of human blood is bad for you anyway. Not that I've tried it.
I suppose if you are desperate enough you try anything.
The Andes Plane crash made for gruesome reading, the film was nearly as good. I suppose if you are starving and cold you'd contemplate eating anything. I think it was Frobisher the explorer in the North Pole whose crew chewed on the leather of their boots to get some sort of nourishment.
