Disappointing.

Hope there's some amazing twist in the last 15 mins.

Well you lot can all say what you like. I loved every minute of it and stayed up to watch it as it was transmitted because I didn't want to read about it on the Internet (I have to be up early very morning). We did guess who it was last week but that didn't spoil our enjoyment of it. I thought the whole case as great, and I found the ending was quite moving.
I found the final episode a very very big let down. It left me with more questions than answers.
Mr YS (ex police) said same as DJH. There is NO WAY any police force would let victim's relations to see accused in a cell and shout abuse!
That part (and several other parts) were totally unrealistic but we both really enjoyed it nevertheless!!
there's going to be a 2nd series (i didn't watch it but thought you'd all like to know)
I wonder how they can do a second series, David Tennant's character is being medically retired and I doubt Ellie would stay in the police force. I'll watch this space.
If I could have understood David Tennant, then I may have understood a bit more of the programme. I am very confused about a lot of it, will watch it again, it may be clearer 2nd time round!
and would they really have let Olivia Colman's character go to see her accused husband unaccompanied, it was obvious she would go for him!
No neti, they wouldn't have Mr. YS kept saying 'That's ridiculous'! and 'That would never happen', etc!!
Very disappointing. After 8 episodes the killer confesses - sloppy writing. As already been said so much was unrealistic even if it is only a story.
well........................i enjoyed it :)
I thought it was brilliant. There wasn't exactly a big twist but they way each character was portrayed was interesting. I read a few reviews which said that it was Britains answer to The Killing.
