I hate the summer term. All the angst about exams......................and I don't mean the students!

(Although they get jittery, as well)

I teach English, yogasun but I specialise in working with students who are on the autistic spectrum.
Oh, yes, sorry I remember you mentioning that on a post once.
Very challenging, but I'm sure often (but not always maybe!) rewarding.

When I was young, Autism and dyslexia did not exist, you were classed as idiots, unable to learn. I'm glad things have changed.
I'm back to work as well tomorrow. Then Tuesday and Wednesday, I'm going into London to do a Personal Safety Training course. I've been told that day 2 involves quite a bit of physical stuff which I'm not looking forward to :o(

Sparkles, My learning support assistants are a godsend. I'm sure you are too.
I agree with Jeza, my brother had learning difficulties and was left to his own devices at school, none of the teachers took time to help him. He actually taught himself to read and we helped him where we could. Nowadays help is on hand. Good luck Tilly, I'm glad there is someone like you to help now.
