Whenever the newsreader Dermot Murnaghan comes on TV and says "I'm Dermot Murnaghan", I always think of him as "D�m�t M�n�h�n".
"Marie-Therese Sheepwash" for starters. A colleague once went to school with a "Howard Cox". The school was near Belfast so pronounce the name in a Northern Irish accent to see why we found it so funny...
well here in mexico i knew a woman named AIM COWHEAD,believe it or not!!!!
I work in employment and received a CV once from a guy called 'Clinton Spinas'. If you say it quick, it sounds like the former presidents privates.

I worked with a guy in London called Paul Ness - he didn't like being known by initial then surname.

In Asia, some names are funny in English.  In Thailand, 'Porn' is a comment first name. Hong Kong produces some classic, Fanny has been mentioned, but common Engligh words become names, such as Singing, I've also seen Merci, Sunny, Dragon and Ice.

 

My personal favourite was a drinken afternoon in a previous job when the challenge was to find the funniest name in the work address book.  I found "Venus Commander", a Partner in the US.  It couldn't be beaten

How about Magomedali Magomedovich Magomedov?
my boss is engaged to some one with the sir name ***'*'lin (thats how she says its spelt, and she is going to take it when they get married!) and when i was in school my science teacher was called Mrs. Head and she called her son Richard, (and we all know whats short for richard!!!)

I've never found a name more funny than Russell Sprout, although Dwayne Pipe's quite good.
