I love sardines on toast, I sometimes do cheese on toast and pop a couple of sardines on top and grill, have to be in tomato sauce, not oil. Good for you too.

Just bought some more sardines in tomato sauce, and also bought some tinned mackerel fillets!!! in Lidl --in sunflower oil. Will only open the tin when I'm starving hungry, so I'm forced to eat them x lol
