My son was 21 today!!!! Yay me managed 21 years without killing him! Even better my ex paid for a lovely meal out for us all!!!

Thanks Lisa, had my MRI scan and it showed 3 bulging discs!, still waiting for a Physio appointment, good luck with yours x

I had surgery 19 years ago so it could apparently be... another disc or tow gone, scar tissue or arthritis! Woo hooo.... go me!

Sod the Physio...go for surgery! Works so much better and it's permanent!

Lol, funny you should say that cos my doc says surgery is the one thing I should avoid unless I'm in constant agony
