Fridays are Eccle-cake's saving grace
a day on AB ready to embrace
Kiki's and Bluestone's demands to efface

Saturdays are spent in her OH's arms
in their king-sized bed and around Eccles' town
laughing as though Sunday would never come

Sundays are when, alas, it all ends
spent trying to pry Eccles from his clutches
and start the wish for Friday to arrive again
