Contact Mars UK Ltd / Masterfoods Ltd. at Slough, Berks. Tel: 01753 550055 and ask for 'product development'. Mars actually have a panel that consumers can join to give feedback about new products - that may be worth contacting as well. Haven't the web address but should be easy to source.

Good luck!

Sounds nice

There are only 3 types of basic chocolate and white is one of them, so i think that, as master chocolateers, they will have certainly considered it already.

they have probably even tried it and perhaps found it doesn't work - or one could be on its way...

I didn't try it but I'm sure I saw that once before.....
nickmo you seem to know a lot about masterfoods do you work there?... mmmmm the whift of mars in the evening air!!!

Hi Minted187

Defintiely don't work for a multi-national! I did used to drive past the Mars factory all the time though and the smell was incredible! Apparently when you work there, they say you can eat all you like. After 1 day, nobody eats Mars bars anymore.

Wasn't the Dark and Light only white on the inside though? White chocolate has a different composition to 'normal', and it may not suit the processes.

A Mars fondue (with Toblerone and double cream, dipping some marshmallows, candied fruit, brioche.....), well now your talking!
