I've bought a half shoulder of pork, weighing 2.538kg.
Can anyone suggest the cooking time & temperature in an electric oven please?

Been a while since I've used an electric oven, maybe 180 and 20 mins per lb.
1lb = 434 g (I think)

Thank you very much
you're welcome.

Beware you may have a few AB'ers round for dinner tho :-)
200 for 20 minutes. To get crispy crackling
Turn down to 180
Cook for another hour and twenty minutes.
You may want to cut off 38 grams and have it separately. It'll make the maths easier.
