Is anyone else having problems with the site freezing? For the last few days it (and not other sites we've got open) is hanging - this morning, repeatedly I'm getting a message "AB is not responding, we are searching for a solution" - or "reload this page". I'm on IE9 (and don't tell me to change, we like it).

Ed, is anything odd happening your end?

No, no problem here.

Wouldn't go back to IE if you paid me.

Sorry, cross posted there. I meant I'm having the same problems with the site freezing.

Thanks Prudie, no I hadn't seen that. I've just received this message now

Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore this website. It appears that the website continues to have a problem.

So it's not us....?
no - the Firefox problem appears to have been solved, so I'm fine - but perhaps this FF fix has had side-effects?
This has only happened over the past few days. I can't remember it happening before.
I agree Naomi, since about Thursday for me.

Boxie, much as I hate to say it, I had the same issues and have made the jump to Chrome, running IE in parallel, - now no IE on and no issue in timing.
The problems with AnswerBank when using IE9 still exist for me, especially when I open separate new Tabs and wish to transfer Data from there on to this site.
IE9 does not respond and the PC needs re-starting as it Freezes.
Problem does not seem to occur using Moz Firefox
