If you were a student in Canada Zebo that was MY tree from MY garden!
My mother never bought, soap,sheets, pillow cases or light bulbs. Probably a lot more things than I can remember. Her reasons were.....They do not pay me enough to buy my own. She didn't consider it to be stealing more like perks of the job. A bit like paddywak at the pit.
