Broken umbrella

Is there anywhere that mends umbrellas? I know they're cheap to buy but just wondered. Thanks.

I cant honestly say I have ever known anybody to have an umbrella that warranted repairing, the repair would probably cost more than the cost of a replacement.

Seem to remember a shop that did that in the 50s but think brollies are so cheap that nobody would think of repairing one.

Thanks folks. James Smith only repairs brollies that were bought there. It may be daft, but it's an expensive (at the time) brolly I've had for 20 years and it's been with me on many travels. Still in good nick, just the one broken spoke due to me accidentally standing on it!
