Depends where you're travelling from, I suppose... ;-)
Hope you remember to pack your snowshoes :-)
And so long as you're not stopping in the same hotel I did!

Whenever I travel within the UK, which is fairly often, I use Premier Inn - cheap, clean and increasingly with a bar and restaurant attached. It's not fine dining, but perfectly adequate and looks good on expenses... ;-)
We went for 5 days to Blackpool last year for £80. Trains from Edinburgh included. We collected the vouchers you get in The Sun.
Was called The Golden Beach Hotel

Depends where you are travelling from, lol! Scotland, I'm guessing so if that's correct, not bad at all. :)
Well regardless of what eveyone else says, I think £49 for a night`s stay with breakfast and an evening meal is a good deal. I hope you have a good time.
Yep; I went in January and it was shut! We went to Ripley's Believe it or Not museum which was pretty good though and zoo was brilliant because there was no-one there; it was absolutely freezing though!
What do you expect in January slinky, sunny skies and 75 degrees?

trt i am going in feb,and i dont give a damn what the weathers like,i wont be walking in it?
sounds good to me, kate. When my ex-FIL used to go to Blackpool for the Fair, he always met people he knew - felt like Glasgow had decamped to there with him!
You'd have to pay me a damn sight more than £49 to go to Blackpool. Once was enough.
