my nan used to make bears in her retirement that got mistaken regularly for steiff (sp) bears, as i cant seem to find work and need something to do to keep me occupied and busy i have decided to attempt making bears myself not made one since 2007 so its going to be fun, starting on a 6 inch bear then making bigger later.
Invis thread is a bugger the only way to find it is to loacate the needle attached to the one end lol

FW try to work with a light at the side rather than straight above I use invisible thread for beadwork and it catches the light better... also work with a dark cloth on your lap as it shows as whitish against a dark colour

i have one of my nans name tiramasu, shes white mohair with brown tipped fur, she is my fav! Bramble-the one in the link was one of her last and my gramps cant bear to part with him. thanks for the tips on invisi thread, im working on teh dining table with a side light as well as an above light!
