Hairiness depends on the cat, JJ. Our Rover would moult just by looking at him - but No. 1 son often wakes us up by sitting on our heads, or shooting out a paw (with claw) to grab one's nose..... Black Spot just sits on us and wills us to wake up.
My cat used to sleep in the crook of my legs on the top of the bed he knew I wouldn't shake him off, the OH would. Nowadays I toss and turn so much he wouldn't. Liked that poem rowan.
Our 2 cats and my OH have both gone up to bed - I'll have to fight to get in by the time I get up there !! Then I'll spend the night with one cat sleeping by my feet and the other snuggled up next to me. Can't understand anyone who can't sleep with their cat/dog next to them they're lovely :o)
