aching arm

bit like post below, but possibly not computer as its come on in the last week. Not really tingling, but my right arm is aching, down the inside,where muscle is on top of arm and sometimes in shoulder. Its a dull ache and its starting to bug. Before i go to docs, does anyone know what it may be?

Could be many things, but as it sounds muscular in origin, pRobably due to excess strain somewhere along the line, I would suggest that you take Ibuprofen 600mgs twice daily if necessary and give it a couple of weeks before you seek medical advice.

went to docs as was really bugging me today. He said muscle has swolen in shoulder trapping a nerve. Gave me anti-inflamotory pills to take.

There are various stretches (like they show you on long flights) and yoga manoevres that would probably help.
