From the state of other peoples driving I have experienced over the last two days, I would say the answer to that is a definite no!
i agree with that, the standard of driving these days is atrocious

I'm still annoyed about an incident yesterday morning. I was driving on the A41 in the outside lane overtaking several vehicles at a speed which I won't divulge because I'll get told off, but it was fast enough. Some BMW driving t0sser pulls in behind me and spends 30 seconds sitting about 3 inches away from my bumper (if I didn't think it might have killed me I would have slammed on my brakes to teach him a lesson) and then begins to flash his lights and throw all sorts of hand gestures at me just because he clearly feels my (high) speed is not quite high enough for him and thinks he is far more important than me. Prick.
Oh was that you EvianBaby. Sorry
Some people seem to make up their own Road Rules, so they won't see a need to ask a question here.
Lol Factor.

The fact that the car was white with blue stripes on it and had flashing lights on the roof didn't mean anything did it?
