Dog clippers

Can anyone give me advice on what clippers to buy, i have a cockerpoo with a very curly coat, i bought some from Argos and they only did 3 clips. Have looked at Oster Powermax 2.

Spoke to someone with Cockers today, and she said the make of clipper is not important, its more the blades and make sure the clipper you buy takes different makes of blades. She uses Andis clippers on hers and has loads of dogs.
