sexy abs

i've been doing situps for at least a year now, i'm only 13, but i wear a bikini and do about 200 situps a night. but my abs still aren't that hard. how does a girl get a six pak?!? help me out please!

At thirteen, your body is still developing, and you won't yet have enough muscle tone to develp a six-pack. At your age, strenuous exercise like this is not good for you, so wait a while until you are fully developed. Don't punish yourself - most guys don;t go for musclebound girls anyway!

If you really want to exercise, do short sessions and work quite hard. Example: for abs, just do some crunches (lie on floor, knees bent, hands at your waist), and 'curl' your body up so you can really feel your abs working. Just do as many as you can, don't worry about how many that is, just feel the exercise. Work pretty slow so you can really feel it.  You'll only want to do about 20 or 30 seconds of that if you're doing it properly, but you can do more as you get stronger. Just don't get carried away - you don't need to do lots, just enough, and do it only about once a week. Doing it more often won't achieve anything.

As Andy said, you're still developing so don't push yourself.  Having said that, there's no reason you can't do a few crunches, it won't do you any harm. Take it easy, smartyangel, I'm sure you don't need to worry about such things as having perfect abs - just get on with enjoying life!

Rather than concentrating on ur abs at 13 how about joing a team in school or locally eg: tennis, soccer, badmington, volleyball, swimming etc....they will help u tone up ur body during thier training sessions and u have the added advantage of meeting and making friends and being part of a team ....which might include away games, team night outs,  much more enjoyable than doing 200 situps per night ...on your own.... hope this helps....

Hey you worry too much. Do some sport and eat healthy and you will look good for who ever you want to look goood for (including yourself). Don't go mad at the exercise you can do damage and i'm not sure why a girl should need a six pack.

hey  i know how you  feel bcuz im just like u  im  a 13year-old girl that wants to  have a nice body to go with  my bikini! but the situp  every night will  just wear  ur body out u should try some  sports! thats what i  do  and i not only do i have fun but im happy  with  the way  i look ! wearing out your body  will  just be to  much for you while you start having  some changes....but be happy with  the way you are!!    

It is very important to know that when you talk about Abs, it's all about Diet and not just the Workout.

You need to lose over all Fat from your body by reducing Body Fat Percentage to around 16%. You can do so by having a Healthy and Strict Diet routine.

If you cannot make yourself a Diet Routine, I would suggest you seek professionals to get you one.
