ludwig....social mobility, but only to a point. the upper echelons do not take kindly to 'new money' x
with the recent government cuts, I dont think we have any ships left so your question is redundant me fears....

PRIVATE EYE had a nice cartoon in their last issue - a painting of Lord Nelson looking down his telescope and a "bubble" of "I see no ships." Hardy was behind him - "Sir, that's the spending cuts for you..."
