Should the law be changed so that everyone regardless of status, can automatically obtain gagging orders about their private life?

does the law need changing for this to happen?
I would think their identification will come out sooner or later, there's bound to be somebody in the court system that will leak it out.
Who are they then?
A friend I work with knows someone (involved with high profile football, the premeriship etc) told him about a certain very well known Liverpool player who was/is having an affair and it would soon come out in the news, guess it wont now.

Dave.
the very same gromit.

Dave.
That story about a well known Liverpool player and a 16 year old girl has been bubbling for months. But I haven't heard who the other two are
there is also a story about a well know chelsea palyer with a £2 million house and a £3 million mortgage due to his gambling.

Dave.
// The most recent case to hit the headlines was Icelandic ex-Chelsea player Eidur Gudjohnsen, who was alleged to be £6 million in debt because of his gambling despite £3 million-a-year wages at his current club, Monaco. While he was at Manchester United, the Dutch striker Ruud Van Nistelrooy said that "obscene" wages were fuelling constant gambling by other players in the team. //
With the footballers earning £mns every year the prostitutes find it easy money to tell their stories to the newspapers. Not only do they break up the marriage but the player is ridiculed every time they set foot on the pitch. Injunctions are a good thing and bring this type of blackmail into focus. I bet Tiger Woods had the law on his side.

Unless the person is well known and rich the newspapers are unlikely to publish it
