not funny RATTER !
Pasta, you don't actually need a lot of space for a Wolfie, you just need to be able to spend an lot of time with them and have a really big heart, they need very regular exercise but you don't need to run their legs off. Not a dog to leave at home when you go to work, they do not do well home alone, they would miss the company that they live for, and they do live for your love and company, There is no other dog like a Wolfie! :)
Did you really not find them funny Bobbi? I did :-)

i don't find racist jokes funny but i wouldn't assume someone who did was racist
And speaking of the Irish, most countries have their fall guy. The French have the Belgians, the Italians have the Spanish, and in Ontario, the people of Newfoundland are the butt of the jokes. For a variety of reasons we're all on the receiving end of someone's joke at some time, so it's best not to be too sensitive about it.

For example, in Spain the Spanish waiter Manuel from Fawlty Towers was depicted as Italian, and on French television 'Allo Allo' was set in Belgium.

I actually think it's the timbre of the joke that's important. Some jokes are tasteless and crude - others are just soppy and funny - so I don't believe it's necessarily racist to laugh at racist jokes.

Here's one for you.

An Arab and an Irishman aboard a plane and the hostess asks them what they would like from the bar.

'I'll have a whisky' says the Irishman.

'No, not for me', says the Arab, bristling with indignation. 'I'd rather be raped by a thousand w h o r e s!!'

'Can I change my order', says the Irishman. 'I didn't know we had a choice'.

Is that racist? I don't think so.
A recent survey in England asked the following question:
Are there too many foreigners in this country now ?
Answers:

Absolutely agree with naomi. As a Scouser living in Surrey I hear new a anti-Scouse joke almost every time I go in there, usually based on Scousers all being thieves and work-shy. These are delivered with no malice by my mates at the bar and it would never occur to me to take offence, though if the joke is a poor one I just groan and tell them to do better next time.

I am happy to laugh at any good joke, be it about race, sex, religion, almost anything. I say 'almost' because I simply can't stand scatalogical jokes. But that's just me being squeamish.
A Joke makes you laugh despite yourself,that's it's nature.you can't help it !
