Probably not because the Prime Minister or party leader always goes to Buckingham Palace. I know that the Queen isn't allowed into the House of Commons - probably something to do with the monarch being Politically Neutral.
The Queen has been to dinner at 10 Downing Street when Winston Churchill was PM>
Queen used to baby-sit for Cherie Blair.
that's where the country went wrong!
The monarch isn't allowed into the commons since Charles the first tried to arrest a bunch of MP's he disliked with an armed guard!

Actually it's not strictly true - just after the war the King expressed an interest in seeing the reconstructive work in the commons after a bomb bit there.

He was given a guided tour

The visitor's book records the visit of a "Mr. Windsor"
Well, if we're to be strictly accurate "Mr Windsor" did not tour the chamber where the Parliament was sitting as both the Commons and Lords had decamped to Church House in Westminster a year earlier than the aforementioned incendiary bombing of the Palace of Westminster.

Thus King George VI may have entered St. Stephen's Hall and its environs within the Palace of Westminster (perhaps including the room known as the Chamber of the House of Commons) but he would not have entered the de facto "Commons Chamber".
