My dog was sick earlier today in the garden and there was a fair bit of grass in there. He's been slow and listless today and when I gave him one of his favourite biscuits just now, he spat it out. He NEVER turns his nose up at food. Admittedly the weather has been very hot today, but that doesn't account for his being sick earlier. Apart from that, I cannot find anything wrong with him. Any ideas?

I bet you are both happier after the visit to the Vet. I hope that your little angel recovers quickly.

I don't cope very well when one of my furry-bairns are unwell, all logic goes out the window and I just go into panic mode.

Thanks, Wolf. I just burst into tears when she showed me the blood. I automatically assumed it was going to be the worst case scenario. Anyway, he's asleep outside on his rug now - the meds must be knocking him about a bit. At least he's not got any worse. X
How is Alfie today NoMercy?
Sorry NoMercy - I posted the question without reading the updates. Hope he is more settled now.
Glad he's on the mend NoM. Enjoy the vino - & the snooze!

Well he's not out of the woods yet, but he's... well, less worse !

He tried to go downstairs and eat more grass, but I had to put a stop to that. Here's hoping that he's going to be much better tomorrow. Thanks, guys.
