Laptop won't turn on.

I had the jack replaced on my laptop (think I accidentally bent one of the pins) and when I went to collect it, I tried it at the repair shop and it won't turn on.

The repair man said he will have to take another look at it - says it turned on and worked fine when he tested it yesterday.

Anyone any idea what might be causing the problem please? TIA.

Well I don't believe that one : )
I expect he probably forgot to connect up switch plugs. Sounds like finger trouble on his part.
I would think all will be well tomoz.

That's good to hear. Thanks very much. Was wondering if he will tell me it's not repairable.

Hi AIBags. Just thought I'd let you know, I've collected the laptop and all is good. I'm using it now and it's charging up okay. I'm soooo pleased!
