Apparently it does it automatically, Peri, when you upload new images to your gravatar account. You need to reselect the pic you want and confirm. Come back and press Control F5 to update.
Change the one you use at GRAvatar and it will be the one fetched when AB requests the active icon. At AB all you can do is switch it on or off here.
And have you deleted the leopard pic from your gravatar account?

OG I am using IE.
Question Author
Yes NM I have deleted the leopard.
Ah pity, then the control F5 ought to have solved it.
Since others are seeing it ok it can't be the website settings here nor at GRAvatar.
You could try a power down and reboot :-)
Maybe there is another data cache in your router or at the ISP or somewhere :-(
Sorry the leopard is the one you don't want ? OK then there is a different type of problem since I see that too.
Guessing wildly, you have made the new icon at GRAvatar the active one ? And it is set to G rating. I'm confused, if it is no more then why would AB still show it ? It must still hold the information. Perhaps AB updates in its own good time ?

I DID IT. I DID IT. For anyone who wants to know. I closed IE. Then went back in through Firefox. Then started all over again. HOORAY. Thanks to all for your help.
