what can I do to like salads

I hate salads,but once in a spanish cafe/bistro i had the most wonderful chopped salad with a very apertising dressing.
Can anyone please tell me what this dressing was likely to consist of,so I can replicate or buy somewhere.
My doctor said if I want to lose weight eat onl what grows in a green house.

I suppose my favourite salad is a bit of a no no with all these purists about. Soya! For Salad: pile in whatever you like onions beetroot cucumber tomatoes radish boiled egg etc. Sprinkle with sugar and salad cream (Waistline or Heinz) and serve with chips. Yummy. I have bought a salad dressing from Morrisons Honey and Mustard which is nice for a change..
