I want to cook some belly pork slices but I can't remember what tempreature to cook them at or for how long. Any one know? Thanks

Any temperature you like - the higher the temperature the lower the cooking time. With such cuts, the lower the temperature and the longer the time, the more tender the meat is. I prefer mine done in the oven for roughly two hours at gas mark 2.
