Just booked a flight. Why can't they just give a price instead of adding the extras on as you're booking. A £60 flight costs £154 really. Would it be so hard just to let us know that straight away. £12 to sit down For Funks Sake...It's not like the give you an option to stand...

Also...estate agents. I've had two notes so far this week asking me to ring them. If we wanted to put the house on the market then we would....grrrr

if a £60 flight costs £154 why are you buying it ? its people (like you) who buy them that are maing it unafforable for the rest of us. i can hear them now 'crikey, someone actually bought that flight, maybe we should up the price a bit'.

estate agents, well they are just not human are they. still, how else would they market their services of plonking a photo in their window making up a price, double it, add a bit, then sitting waiting for prople to come and talk to them ?

I agree comletley ummm, there should be a law stating these airlines show the final price, I believe about 2 yrs back, a law was supposed to come in for just that

Ankou, Oberour ar Maro, Collector of Souls..I have no choice. BMI are the only airline to fly out of Knock and my daughter needs to get back for my Uncles funeral.

Anyway...how are people like me making it unaffordable for everyone else?

yes, that seemed to contradict the law and public request that required them to tell us exactly how the cost of a flight was built up.

oh umm, i wasn't givin it large to you individually. i agree with your q, just think that they can do this because people are still paying for it, so why would they stop ? for that price, couldn't she fly to a provincial like shannon, galway or sligo and hop on a train ?

Once found a flight from Coventry to Valencia with Thomson Fly for £1.05. When I finished paying all the extras it came to £84. It's a disgrace...

Not sure Ankou, Oberour ar Maro, Collector of Souls. Her Dad usually deals with her flights to and forth. Too late now anyway because I've booked it. I told her only to bring hand luggage otherwise it would have been another £40 on top....

I got a flight to Thailand for £400. A 13 hour flight....and a one hour flight costs £154...It's mad.

lol steg. I don't mind paying £154...I just mind them luring you in thinking you're getting a great deal. If they said return flight £154 no hidden extras then I wouldn't be annoyed.
