COULD ANYBODY TELL ME WHETHER THERE IS AN ISOLATOR VALVE ON A VERTICAL RADIATOR. THERE ARE TWO PIPES COMING OUT FROM THE WALL WHICH FIT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE RADIATOR BUT I CAN'T SEE AN ISOLATOR VALVE

sssshhh don't shout
If you stand on a chair and look on the top of it, there is probably one, in one of the two blanking plugs on the top of the vertical 'bars'.
Do the pipes go straight into the radiator?
