Never said they were hun - but if they were so brilliant, they wouldn't be past ones would they? I try not to reflect on what's gone before. Good times, bad times, but live for today's my motto! : )
...and if we don't reflect on what's gone before..we don't learn from it.
some great philosopher said those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it.....
I don't believe that fate chooses to make a partner suddenly be a past one.
Something happens sometimes - either one or both at fault - or you both agree that it's not going to work - but when they've gone, they've gone. Doesn't mean you might not think of them occasionally, but it's not healthy to be stuck in the past.
I do my best Leg to 'stir' them up but no change. They are much admired in their own careers and are continually asked why they wont have families and clocks ticking etc - but zilch!
so I gather Ice....but when I hit the dust this lot will be disbanded - and I want them wedded before I go; I could have 7 weddings if they bluddy paired, that would be fun ;)
And that was a sweet thing to say leggy - but I can't work out why anyone'd choose to be on their own, especially as they get older. It's nice to have someone to come home to, for all sorts of reasons, but then again, it's each to their own.
