No, but the DVD's are steadily coming down in price, if that's any help. I am an ardent fan too!

I love Monk too, Marky B and Sir Alec - I have only ever watched it on the Hallmark channel though - I did'nt know it was ever on BBC2 !

You can pick the DVDs up on Ebay.

I did prefer his first assistant, Sharona though - did you ?
