Loading an iPod

Be gentle with me, I'm not good with machines.

I was shown how to set up an iPod and move music to it from iTunes, but can't remember.

Can someone explain, in simple terms, how to set up a second iPod, how to put music on it, and how to put music on the existing iPod account on my PC?

Apple have a very good online help forum all about Itunes and Ipods. this should be a start.
