What about watching out for an old barbecue rack...last years b.b.q's are ten a penny....or
If you can make a smoker, I'm sure you can fashion a rack/grate from an old cooker shelf.

Mines a smoked trout for than snippet..!
Are you making a cold smoker or hot , Ive been thinking of making a cold smoker . I think like alavahalf a old kettle bbq rack would do the job.

Thanks for the reply alavhalf, for some reason down here in Cornwall you can't find the bloody things anywhere. There again i'm nearly there with a soil sieve from B & Q .

Joesdaddy, thanks for your reply. I have looked into making a coldsmoker. Looking at different sites it looks like you will need an origional heat source chamber, some sort of ducting to carry and cool the smoke, and a seperate chamber to smoke your intentions.
