I have O?N?M?L(7) I have googled it and come up with
oxymel which fits the clue description but not the answer grid, having too few letters.Anyone any ideas please.

Sarumite thanks a bundle I looked in all my dictionaries but your word didn't appear in any of them. I knew that one of the regular ABers would come to my rescue. I hope that I may be able to help you in the future.
