I'm not sure of the exact law but it is illegal to threaten someone by any means.

Save the evidence and take it to the police.

if you know who is doing it and where they live call the police and have copies of the blogs

they WILL be arressed and they can be traced by there I P address

my ex husband did it to me though facebook!

It will make a difference if the real identities behind the blog names are known. If they are all anonymous then the reality is there is no chance of the threat being carried out.
