I can't find a good pillow for my bed. I get a new one, it's good for about a week, then goes flat.
Can anyone suggest a good pillow that keeps it's shape?

Buy a Dunlopillow or top of the range memory foam pillow.
(Do not buy the cheap versions they are not the proper memory foam.)
I have been very happy with the Marks and Spencer 2 for 5 pillows. They keep their shape very well. The Woolworths ones I bought ended up in the recycle bay after one use. They were 'orrible.
I have Dunlopillo and they're very good, had them for a few years now, they're not cheap but they keep their shape always, and wash well, and so probably work out cheaper in the end
I bought two with duck feather and down in. They are really great and just needs a puff up each day. They are not cheap but well worth the money.

Go to John Lewis. Get a feather and down.
Pay anything from 20 to 80.
End of...
A decent memory foam one.
If you are still looking for a good pillow, here is a suggestion which I found has solved the problem for me.
I recently disposed of an old armchair and saved the foam seat cushion. I cut it in half making two pads which neatly fitted into pillow cases and tried one out. Result? A perfect sleep now every night.
