im interested in buyin a house at auction, can someone giv me an idea of how it wrks with the mortgage, do u hav to pay the money up front thanks

If you need a mortgage to buy the property then you will have to have this arranged and agreed in advance. This will mean costs in advance, survey etc, which you wont get back if you dont buy at the auction.
