when I try to view a clip on youtube, the film starts and stops, instead of running smoothly. What am I doing wrong?

Probably your internet connection isn't fast enough to keep up when it's playing. press the pause button when it starts playing wait a minute for it to buffer some of the video and press play again.

(or if your computer is very low on ram fitted to it it can cause the same problem)

I've tried your suggestion, but no luck!

Download superantispyware and run a full scan with it,deleting whatever it finds and then try playing youtube vids and let me know how you get on!
