What are the name of the cable types that are used for a tv aerial run and also the type for sky?

In the "good old days" aerial co-ax tended to be RG-59 or RG-6 but there is no reason why satellite 'grade' co-ax such as CT100 or WF100 should not be used for this purpose also, especially with the advent of digital terrestrial TV.
