I have become addicted to this simple meal by adding cheese and a few blobs of mayo on top with black pepper - try it!!

but anyone know of any other ways to jazz it up?

Depends on whether you’re a veggie or not, but try a rasher of smoked bacon on top – yum!
Worcestershire sauce when heating the spaghetti. up
a fried egg between the toast and the spaghetti

Some Branston pickle in the spaghetti, while heating it up - this works just as well with beans

1. drain the excess tomato juice and add a blob of butter and black pepper or chilli pepper when heating

2. fry onions in a pan, add the tin and fry them up together

Add chili powder to the spaghetti or, if you like it anyway, put Marmite on the toast.  Not both of these together I hasten to add.
Oh the worcestershire sauce sounds lovely natalie. Don't eat it very often but I usually put black pepper or HP sauce on. Funny this Q has come up because I'm just getting my appetite back after a nasty cold & I've really been fancying spaghetti on toast for some reason!
I'm with nats, a bit of Worcester sauce. Alternatively, try spreading the toast with Marmite before piling on the 'splaget'. (don't think they'd work together).

Put some bacon, haggis, sausages, mushrooms, chips, fried egg on top tastes much better!
