Have you tried the tea treee range from the Body Shop?  I've been using it for a while now and my skin has improved A LOT.  I use the facial wash, toner and moisturiser.

There is no quick answer! You should be careful to clean your skin properly, especially before bedtime. You could dab the spots with TCP which is cheap, but it smells. You should drink plenty of clean water. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Stop eating fatty junk food! For lunchtime buy salads. M&S have interesting low fat lunches.
trouble16 toner tightens your pores so it is less likely for dirt to get trapped in them which causes spots to appear. Cleanse, tone and moisturise and you should find it helps alot.

I also have a combination skin... and up until about 9 months ago was constantly plagued by 'teenage spots'....... I'm 32!

I started using the 'Pure Zone' range made by L'oreal (cos you're worth it!), and I've found the change in my skin remarkable. I use the granular exfoliating face wash, and then the tightening lotion, and then... most importantly I think..... use the Anti Regreasing moisturiser.  This range of products inhibits the skins oil production... which is a major cause of being spotty.

Like I said... I've found it amazingly good, and can definately recommend it to you.

Recently, I've also purchased some 30% glycolic acid from ebay, and have also found that fantastic too. It even took away some of the marks that spots had left on my skin.
