Does anyone know of a web site that does a reverse search regarding telephone numbers. If you know a name and address it is easy to get a phone number, but is it possible to know a phone number and get a name and address? I believe this question has been asked before but not answered fully.

It has been answered fully many times. You can't do it. It's as simple as that. Your only hope is to stick the number in a search engine.

Or you can ring the number in question and ask who the person is that answers it.

You could type every number from all the phone directories in the country into a database and then find it yourself!!
