I never usually click with guys because anytime a guy likes me i'm usually instantly put off (i know weird). And then I'm really fussy so very rarely meet many I actually like but at the weekend I met someone who i really liked and he seemed to like me...it was a great feeling! Strange but good. He said so many nice things to me like I was wonderful and he felt so comfortable with me etc, etc...we spent about 14 hours together before I had to leave him to meet my friends. The downside is I met him just days before he was leaving to go back home, he was just visiting my home town. He asked if I wanted his number, didn't have to ask me twice. I've text him and he's not replied, just don't get it and actually can't believe how upset i am over it...weird!!!! Any advice would be good.

enter the right number into your mobile next time?
Was the 14 hours together at one time or over a period?
Oh dear. I know how you feel as I am exactly the same with men. However, it could be that he has a girlfriend at home, or on reflection simply didn't like you as much as you liked him. How about phoning his number and leaving a message, and say if you have got the wrong idea then please tell me, and I'll leave you alone! He could just be a charmer, and be this nice to all the women he meets. Let's hope I am completely wrong, but I do speak from experience!
how long ago did you text him? i only ask because girls have a different view about when texts should be replied to than men!

He may have lost his phone ?
The ominous thing is he asked if you wanted his number - as a man, if I'd been keen, I would have been asking for the girl's number. On the other hand, my 27 year old son, who lives on the other side of the country, is very slow to answer text messages - and his phone always seems to be on voicemail.
Unfortunately I tend to agree with RaggyRoman...
but I hope I'm wrong & it's just a case of being typically male and typically very longwinded in replying to texts.
