Changing rear side brake lights on Ford Fusion

Please can anyone help !
I have removed the screws and the inside wingnuts to enable me to remove the outer light casing but there seems to be another fixing towards the top of the housing which is preventing it's removal.

Hi, You may have the Plastic retainer clips on the body of the light within the boot still attached.
