Has anyone had a bad experience with TRAVELCITYDIRECT ??

After a recent holiday using travel city direct I have found them very difficult to contact, as they always connect your call to hold or the payments dept (who are happy to tell you to redial another one of there 3 offices)
My personal experiences with travel city were poor. And I found the villa management company more helpful than T.C.D.

i had the same trouble got a letter stating that our holiday had been cancelled we could have a full refund or go on the day before, when i looked up the costs on internet found it to be �269. cheaper, i phoned them to see if we could do a deal rather than getting money back and then rebooking holiday. it took me four phone calls only to be cut off twice, rang again to be told i had to ring another number, when i finally did get through the man on the other end totally unhelpful, so i rang again and got a helpful guy, who done me a deal, to save messing about. ahhhhh finally got there.
