hi there, i would phone up the company where you got made redundant asking why you have not recived your p45 yet, and then the new company you are working for ask them if you can fill in a p46 and tick the box that this is your only job, then you will be fine till you can give them the p45,the new company needs your p45 so they can see your correct gross pay from april so they can tax you correctly, but dont get worried your tax office will sort it out, but do get intouch with your old company asking what the delay is.
Agree with that - fill in a P46 to avoid any further delays.
Your former employer was obliged to give you the P45 on or before the last day of your employment (including the notice period, if applicable). Chase it up from them.

Thankyou very much for your answers - I contacted them 2 weeks ago about my P45 - I have phoned them again today and they tell me it was posted yesterday and that I should get it tomorrow.

They also say my redundancy money will be paid tomorrow - tho on my letter it says I should have got it today.

I wil see.
