Birds chocolate trifle - ok without sugar???

I have a Birds chocolate trifle mix - it says to mix the chocolate custard powder with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Does anyone know if the sugar is needed? - would it be ok to not add sugar? Thanks

How much sleep do you get?

I normaly sleep for around 4-5 hours. I feel its all I need, yet my friend at work sleeps for 8 plus hours a night. So im interested in finding out the average time people sleep for. Thanks in advance

Birds ( Cockatiels ) with broken legs.
