The guitar solo in the middle of the final countdown by Europe, cheesy nonsense or one of the great guitar riffs of the last 30 years?

Purely subjectively on the guitar solo discounting the fact you may dislike the band and era.

As for Dave Gilmoore... superb and M knofler not bad either. No mention of the hairy mulleted one tho? hes the King of solo's!

Eddie van halen? mmm?

mudflap, mid riff on final countdown is not bad but B May on 'You dont fool me' kicks it to oblivion.
KIDD72 george formby... you are kidding.. right ?

Eddie van halen, yeah I'll give you that one... should be in with the greats
of course i was jesting about George.... did he ever play the guitar?
It's easier to spell than the other thing!! Mwhahaha.
I believe he was better known for his ukulele playing, though that said a very difficult one to play and he did do it well.
... whilst cleaning windows no doubt.
