I need to update my video and sound drivers. How do I find out which sound and videos I have. And which website do I have to go on to get them?

If you need info on the hardware inside your PC (such as which make and model of sound card you have) then I'd recommend a program called "Sandra" which you can get from here:

You can get either a trial version (see the above link) or can pay for the full version.

Once you know the make and model I'd go to the manufacturer's website and follow the instructions there to get drivers.

Failing that I'd maybe try

and log in with username "driver1" and password "all"
